During the sessions members who wish to, take turns in reading the text.

There follows discussion of different aspects of the work, enhanced by research which enables us to understand the author and the atmosphere in which it was written.

Where the book has been filmed, we try to view it. The Group occasionally attends performances at nearby theatres.
