Yoga for flexibility and balance. This version practised on a chair, so that the moves can be carried out without the need to get up and down, as with the usual floor-based form. Some of the class is done standing using the chair for support, e.g. balance postures. Although not a qualified teacher, Beverley has years of experience practising Yoga, and is keen to share the benefits of this ancient form of exercise.
