Basic knowledge of French is required in this Group although it may be rusty.

The aim is to give members the self-confidence to express themselves in French.

Due attention is paid to grammar but fluency is the main concern.

The bi-monthly magazine, Le Rendez-vous Francais, which is topical and has items of varied interests, provides material along with members' own experiences, which draw out kindly comments from other members.

We have occasional lunch parties together to practice our French.
