Our Swimming Group will be returning to the new swimming pool at Leek on Tuesday,  18 August 2026.   

It is lane swimming which we do at the Pool - we have three lanes to suit different abilities - Fast, Medium and Slow.  

If you wish to learn to swim or improve on your swimming, My Active do offer lessons.

Note:  Biddulph U3A are to run a Swimming Group at My Active Biddulph also on Tuesday, 11.00 a.m. to 11.55 a.m.commencing 1 September 2026.
